i'm interested to know what the 'norm' is for the revs while the elise is ticking over as mine differs greatly. it can be anywhere from 1100 down to 900, and when its on 900 and i go to set off the car always feels like it's about to stall. is this low tickover right and it's just my suspect driving skills that are causing the near stall?
also it does a nifty trick sometimes where it'l fluctuate between about 800 and 1200 all by its self, just reving away making me sound like i'm trying to egg on the guy next to me at the lights. i know this isn't right.
i've read some of the past posts about the ecu reseting itself after a decent run out, but after a nice 150 mile round trip upto yorkshire and back it was still behaving erratically.
is there something i'm missing or is it best to take it in to get looked at. since i've only had about 3 weeks and it's always done it returning to the dealer to get it sorted is the solution i'm looking at at the moment.
