Seen a Facebook as for this stuff, have never heard of it and wondered if anyone had any experience with it?

I'm shortly collecting an 87 Chevy El Camino that has been in Texas all its life, and I'm slightly terrified it's gonna dissolve!

A friend of mine has used it and highly recommends it. I had the bed off my own truck last week, but couldn’t get any locally before I put the bed back on. I will definitely use it before winter, although I can’t see me using the truck much, if at all, after September.

seems to be the latest heavily advertised item

hard to know if it works until you can say your car is still rot free 20 years on? all the rust preventative ad's make their product sound good

Seen quite a few report of people who off-road their vehicles, where the dirt has stuck to the Lanoguard underneath and has been a bd to remove, if it can be at all.

So that’s good , most of these products just seem to wash off or dry out and flake off .

Here's a decent 4 year comparison of two trucks, one with lanoguard and the other without.

I had it applied to my car around March this year. Will probably reapply it myself next year as it seems easy enough to do.

Its far too early for me to notice any benefit, but by all accounts it does a good job.

I'd rather find a clear one so you see whats going on underneath and it keeps the factory underside look.

FWIW I tried Lanoguard at the weekend - Only took about an hour and that included jacking the car on and off stands. It applies easily (I tried their suggestion of warming it in a bucket of hot water first) and I should have enough to do the underside of my Impala another couple of times.
I did get some flashbacks to my childhood spent in shearing sheds. The passing dogs seemed very friendly as well.

I used it on the floor of my el camino, i like it ,easy to apply. The only criticism i have heard is from off rd people saying the mud sticks to it badly

I put Lanoguard on my vintage US import. Was very easy to do on a big car - just put it up on stands - but only time will tell if it works. It dries to like a waxy finish but doesn't obscure the paint underneath too much.
