Cazoo returns policy?

Has anyone ever purchased a car via Cazoo (or similar)?
The simplicity of it alongside some other incentives right now such as a £300 statement credit offer and 2.5 points per £ via Amex makes it appealing.
However I’m wondering about their return policy if I change my mind of find fault. It sounds very generous, they’ll collect it straight away and offer a full refund, they even throw in insurance for the first 7 days, it’s almost like a free test drive. Just curious if I’m missing anything, or if it really is that seamless?
