Hi, a good friend in Australia has taken delivery of 2020 Type R and is being driven mad by all the programmed Nanny interventions - see list below!
Does anyone know if there are any easy home cheats to de-actovate any or all of these?
Many thanks for your help!

Deactivate Forward Collision Warning
Deactivate Collision Mitigation Braking System
Deactivate adaptive part of Adaptive Cruise Control
Reduce volume of parking sensors beeper
Pause parking sensors beeper when car is stationary
Allow auto throttle blip to be activated and deactivated while driving
Deactivate requirement to have foot on brake to release parking brake
Deactivate screen operation warning message on startup
Reinstate Euro/Japanese 320 PS for 98 RON

Why not check with a local dealer or seek out a specialist dedicated forum?

Local dealers cannot help either which is why we thought someone on here may have found a way around it.
Truly worrying how our lives are being controlled and pre-determined for us in every aspect these days - even such a driver focused car as the Type R.......where will it all end?

Thanks anyway!

Lots of the things mentioned are due to be mandatory in Japanese cars from later this year iirc, so you will probably just have to put up with these safety features.
I know that the NSX has been withdrawn from sale in Japan this year so that it can be re-engineered to comply with the upcoming legislation, and will be re-launched in September for the 2022 model year.
