Sound level testing?

I've decided it's about time for another track day, and I passed the sound test last time I went, but have since changed my exhaust.

Does anyone in the Sussex area know where I could go to test my sound level, or does anyone local have a sound test meter? :)

Maplin do a sound level tester for about 35 quid, but it's a bit of an expense if you're only going to use it once.

I'm having my pre-cats out for exactly the same reason, after having Juslag in the jump seat last time
