2003 Civic wheel chirping noise

Morning folks, I've noticed a moderate vibration at about 75, on slower quieter roads with the window open I can hear a cylic chirping sound that is relevant to wheel speed on the passenger side. When I apply the brakes the sound goes away. The wheel is very hot after a long run.

I first though wheel bearing but the sound going away with the brakes now makes me think it's a brake binding issue. Maybe the wobble is separate issue? The previous owner got the tyres changed at Halfords in March...

Sounds like a sticky calliper to me!

If you have brake shims, try to remove them.
