Can anyone recommend any good wheel nuts for a 2004 WRX ?
I have some Prodrive GT1 wheels in gloss black.
I got some tuner nuts from eBay with an internal key to avoid sockets damaging the paint. These rusted really quickly and last time the key snapped .
I also have the original wheels with winter tyres and bought conventional silver nuts for them. Six months on and they are worse than the 15 year old original Subaru ones.

Think I got mine from a group buy years ago on scoobynet. Fleabay is very hit and miss with products. Could try Demon Tweeks. Roger Clark Motorsport have a set of titanium nuts for £215 eek

I was more thinking of decent steel ones that are plated or painted well so they don’t rust in 6 months.
I’d be worried about someone stealing the nuts at that price, never mind the wheels!

MDMA .

I got some Titan ones recently. They've marked a little first time tightening them up.

By new ones from Subaru. Far better than any aftermarket ones at a similar price.

unless you spend a lot and buy from a good source i think they will rust at some point , as above the original scooby nuts last well , i have tried cheaper options before and they rusted , i have some jdm ones that are very light and look expensive which have been very good

The original Subaru ones lasted a good 10 years without looking shabby. Any Ive had since have looked worse after 6 months.
Really wanted black tuner nuts for black wheels and it’s a bit tight around the holes on the Prodrive wheels, so I didn’t want garages scratching the black paint.
