'12 Jag XF Cam Belt: Garage Recommendation?
Discussion
Prestige Jaguar in Paisley seem to be the go-to guys. I'm taking my own car there next week for a different job but they seem to know their stuff.

Edit to add - what's the changing interval on the belt on those engines? We recently picked up a 14-plate XF-S Sportbrake with the same engine, lowish miles at around 37k I think. I'd assumed they were chain-driven but obviously not...

The V6 Diesels are a belt, petrols are chain from what I gather.
Interval is at 112k or 10 years.
Book time is 4.5hrs.
Worth getting the following changes while it's in bits too:
- High-pressure fuel pump drive belt.
- Water pump
- Cam belt pulley bolt

I dropped my XKR off with Prestige today. Just about every sort of Jag you can imagine was there, XFs, XJs, XKs, even an i-Pace. I always reserve final judgement until the job is done but it's encouraging that so many Jaguar owners beat a path to their door. Douglas there says they have folk who come from all over the UK and he certainly seems like a straight-up sort of chap to me. Mine is in to have the notorious X150 A/C drain (the "duckbill" pipe") replaced, they quoted around half what the main dealer I usually use did.
