Cahoot (Abbey online banking)

In accordance with the N&S policy I shall (just) refrain from venting my spleen at this moment in time.
However, does anybody happen to have contact details for somebody fairly high up in Cahoot, preferably an email address or direct telephone number?
Cheers.
Why, cahoot's online banking service is superb? My brother and friends in the IT industry hold the same opinion too...

Well, I could tell you on here but that would break the N&S policy as miniandy so helpfully pointed out
Until this month I would heartily agree with you but... {self-censored, as am sailing close to the wind!}
Anyway, managed to find the direct contact details & complaints procedure via their website eventually, so fingers crossed the problem will be dealt with asap (although I've been promised that 3 times by email so far, so I won't hold my breath

As another in the IT industry I have found that while the frontend is slick, the backoffice operations have been found lacking on a number of occasions, hence no longer having a cahoot account.
off tangent here - and apologies - but this brings up one of the most infuriating experiences I've ever had.
Cahoot is one company I won't touch - but nothing to do with them directly - but their 'high street' counter-part.
About 11 years ago I went to get a mortgage with them. I more than exceeded their 'requirements' and in fact was only for a pretty small mortgage.
Anyhow - I turn up 1 Friday lunchtime with all the forms correctly completed, all supporting paperwork with me.
I was seen by one of their mortgage advisors - where I have to confess I was unshaven and in best Motorhead t-shirt (or was it a Monsters of Rock one?).
Anyway - she began processing the application - clearly not interested at all. Got to the part about employers pay slips - where I had included my last 3 as clearly directed on the form.
She said she could not help me as I only had the last 3 payslips and that she needed the last 6. I asked why - as the form clearly states the last 3 and pointed this out to her.
She then took the form, crossed out the word 'three' and wrote the number 6 - and said "well, it says 6 now".
Suffice to say, I ripped up the application form, and vowed never ever to do any business with them again in any way shape or form.
And I've kept to my word and I've personally despised said company ever since.
Even to this day I still cannot believe that happened and it still winds me up. At least I did not chuck the forms in her face.

Ditto. Waste of space if you actually need anything from them.

Yes, this would seem to be the circimstance I find myself in at the moment (and I'm in IT, too). Just need to get the current problem resolved and then watch out for the "Which on-line bank account?" thread to pop up...
