Anyone sold (or not sold more importantly) to Motorway.co.uk

Hi all

Suspect I’m going to get told I’m daft here but...

Was thinking of selling my car as it wasn’t being used so I tried Motorway.co.uk got a fairly good offer but have decided against selling.

Is there any problem with not accepting the deal (I didn’t click the ‘accept the offer’ button) they have offered? I mean can they say I owe them money for their work?

I sold to Motorway about two months ago, namely because the offer was too good to turn down. However, the only reason I went through with getting offers was that they had told me that at no point was there any commitment to sell up until I actually accept a finalised offer.

So no, there shouldn't be a problem whatsoever.

They got me an offer twice for my Transit Kombi, ultimately i did not take it because a local dealer offered a few hundred more but i think they were light because of my location Isle of Wight. No Commitment with them.

Yes a couple of years ago. Offer was a little over WBAC etc, so went with it. They put a specialist dealer in touch with me and they arranged to pick it up within a few days. All in all, very easy and would try them again.
