Can anyone recommend providers of alloy wheel and tyre insurance?
I'm buying a 1 year old car, and the dealer doesn't do such insurance.

They're offering a smart repair insurance at £400 for three years, total of £3000 of claims allowed with no excess. I think that's reasonable value to get inevitable scuffs etc repaired.

Sorry can’t help you but Just make sure you read the small print for tyre insurance before committing as a dealer tried selling me the insurance and upon reading the small print it was only good for tyres with only a couple of thousand mile use

Just reading the terms of a few of the top ones.

Up to £150 towards the cost of a replacement alloy wheel. That's not close to what is needed to replace most alloy wheels.

If the wheel can't be smart repaired it'll be sent off to a central repair centre. This takes up to 10 working days. That's unreasonable to wait 2 weeks without a wheel.
