Stuck odometer - thank you PistonHeads
Discussion
My Chimaera odometer stuck on 39999 over the weekend.
After reading all the previous posts on the subjet, I followed the given advice -
a) Keep pressing the trip reset
b) Reverse / forward / reverse / forward
c) Hard acceleration
Yep - you guessed it (c) fixed it. Apologies to the guy in the Impreza Turbo – I wasn’t really trying to make you feel small, just trying to work the odometer loose. :biglaugh:
Thanks to PistonHeads!

Mine's been stuck on 39,999 for a 'while'. I've tried a few things - two different mechanics have tried to 'loosen' it via the extreme violence methodology, but nothing doing.
I'll try the reverse thing, other than that, it'll have to be c).
'Sorry officer, I was fixing my odometer...'
