Hi Gents ,

just a quick one , but does this seem legit ? its only ever had two MOTs in 2019 and 21 in 21 in jumped up about 40000MILES

I can’t actually help at all but have also just been looking at this as a summer track toy, then I saw the 470bhp turbo’d one! I can’t believe the prices of these I paid pretty much the same for one 10 years ago..

It's an 05 car, so MOTs will have started in 2008 IIRC...

Be better spending half that on a clean higher mileage ep3 and spending whats left on a few mods and rust prevention.

It's an 05 car, so MOTs will have started in 2008 IIRC...

Perhaps it went across to NI?

I'd be happier with a 40k jump than a 400 mile one. But there are plenty out there, so would likely avoid this one.

Im actually looking into getting one as a daily , will one with high millage do the job?
if not im gonna have to look at the FN2 or a clio

If it's been looked after, definitely. My parents ran one from new to 100k in 5 years and it had literally zero issues (recognise that's a slightly different scenario)

Trouble is, most of them aren't...

If you're looking at spending that type of money for a daily then I'd be going for the FN2 you'll get a nice low mileage example for that money:
