Saw a shiny blue '54' plate 5.7 today parked up, found the owner and he will be joining us here soon.

I think I talked him into getting some mods., too!

Plenty of people here to guide you. (Paul wasn't it?)

Anyway, don't forget our Midlands meets are fortnightly and we have 2 Monaros in the crew. Next meet next Tuesday 7pm onwards.

People far better versed than me with these cars will tell you in detail, but a full exhaust system and re-map seems to be a popular and simple upgrade.

Like anything, it depends how much you want to spend really. A Supercharger kit is about 9K fitted and would give an enormous lift to power.

But even the exhaust/re-map will make a noticeable difference.

Not that far from you, really.

Near Cromford at The White Lion pub. See Midlands forum threads for details.

Matlock Tyre Kick it is generally called.

I hang around with The NE TVR club. I have a sticker for my door - "TVR support Vehicle" hehehe.

Seriously, nice guys up here as they are true petrol heads.

They love the HSV as they can't keep up
