Hi all!!!!

1st service all done, car is fantastic. Had a few probs but all sorted by dealer.

Drove her down to Devon last week, was great fun - although the legs were aching for a while after!!

Anyway to the point - whilst down there we had one quite rainy day, then the following one I noticed the drivers side floor mat was soaking wet!!! My question(s) is this:

Is it common to have a leaky floor pan? If so is there an easy fix? Main dealer job? Covered by warrentee? Is there a specific place I should be looking for the leak?

Cheers in advance....

no - doubt its the floor plan...most probably the corner of the roof/window.

Basic things to try:

1. Go down camping shop and get some Fabsil (or other tent proofing stuff) and spray all over the roof
2. Make sure windows are properly adjusted/seal against the roof perfectly

worth getting the dealer to check the window stuff out as I guess you have the electric windows

Thanks will look into that for sure....Although I'm pretty sure its not the roof because surely it would be wet elsewhere inside (it wasn't) - I have the overmats in the car & the top mat was dry, it was the bottom one that was soaking. From a roof leak I'd assume the mat wetness bottom/top thingy to be reversed

I seem to recall someone on here having a 111r which leaked in the footwell, and which was fixed by an extra blob of that red glue on the chassis somewhere. Can't for the life of me remember who it was, though. Sorry!
