Big, big, concert size TV - who?

I may need to organise an event in a while.
Went to see REM last night and their set was amazine, had these two huge columns of monitors either side of the stage running multiple video, they could split them, merge them, etc.
So who make these jumbotron things.
I am presuming they are pricey.

Good company to deal with, they do the screens for lots of concerts and tv.
