Can anyone identify the badge on this Ferrari California?

A friend recently purchased a Ferrari California, and for the life of us we can't work out what this badge is meant to represent, or where it's from!

If it helps, it's a 2012 California originally delivered in Kuwait.

The one that was sold by the dealer has the ZZZZ logo on the back which means Al Zayani the dealers for Ferraris in Kuwait.
