SPARK PLUGS

Hi Guys my 2015 civic with only 38k done I want to change the spark plugs only because they are 7yrs old I am asking what plugs would you recommend I fit.

Personally I would just leave them alone. Although the car is 7 years old, the plugs should be fine.
If really want to change just go NGK from ECP...

I’d agree that they won’t need changing but if you are really keen have a look at Denso TT.

I know the placebo effect is strong but I’m convinced I’ve got a smoother idle and better throttle response fitting these replacing 50k mile NGK iridiums.

I suspect that new NGK plugs would give a benefit over 50,000 mile plugs!

OP - by all means take them out, inspect them, measure the plug gap but they should be fine until 50,000 miles at least, maybe longer.

The NGKs are rated to 100k miles plus and were performing fine. The Denso are twin tip rather than the NGK single iridium.
