Not owned one but test drove one a few years ago.
Drove really nicely for an MPV.
Titanium X will be very well specced and they look good IMO.
2.2 diesel is quite thirsty and will the petrol with an auto, not sure what engine your GF is looking at.
No idea on reliability but you do see plenty on the roads of that era.

I’m looking at exactly that myself at the moment... a 2010-2011 titanium x.
Seems the 2.2 is the pick of the bunch, but you do pay for the power (197bhp) at the pump as the mpg is a bit crap, especially if it’s an auto.
The 2.0tdci comes in 140 & 163 bhp, the latter is the obvious choice. Depends if your other half likes driving, as the 140 might be plenty good enough?
Watch the panoramic sunroof, they have a tendency of leaking. And the weird jet fighter handbrake seems to fail quite regularly with a snapped cable which is a bugger to mend.
I think on the 2.0tdci the cam belt is 10 years or 100k, so on all the ones I’ve seen, it’s as near as dam it due so should have been done - I’m planning on factoring this into the haggling.
Other than that the owners rave about them. I can’t see a reason not to go for one. Good luck!

Had a 2.2d manual - was poky(ish), but didn’t quite feel like 200bhp, and was really disappointing economy for the engine and power output (returned better mpg from the auto 3.0d we were running at the same time).
We had the Titanium Individual, 10 plate, which comes with a full leather interior and holds its value better than other specs. Few and far between to get hold of, and TBH not the nicest leather.
Reliability-wise it was exemplary; the only problem I can recall in the 3 years we had it was a split boost hose.

I've got a 2014 TDCI 163, bit of an oddity really as it's a Titanium but with the X pack option. Someone then threw all the option packs at it, must have cost them a fortune.
On nearly 110000 miles now, no issues to write home about so far
Powershift gearbox works perfectly, but i do change the oil every 25 - 30k miles for peace of mind (genuine filter and used Fuchs oil last time as is was closest to the Ford spec, both cost me less than £100).
Gets used and abused, so starting to look a bit tatty on the outside now - but that's down to me!
Coming up on a cambelt, but I'll probably get rid of it later this year instead.
