How did you discover pistonheads?

I think was a couple of years ago or so that I did a google search on 'TVR S' stumbled onto these pages and never looked back.

Before I knew it I had bought a TVR - traded stories of joy and pain in equal measure and met some thoughroughly decent folk...

how did you come to be here, and what made you coose you logon name?

mine is rather dull - started as BRGS2 as I had just bought a Brooklands racing green S2 (top marks for originality :rolleyes: )

changed to BERGS2 coz it sounded more like a proper name..

I did a copernic search when i was looking to buy a cerb.I've met some good friends on here over the last year or so.

Around 2001 I used to spend a lot of time on the Evo forum (very much like this one really), then mysteriously it shut.

Fast forward a couple or 3 years and I was looking up some of the old user names to see where people had gone after the demise of the Evo forum and PWIG's name appeared on a link here.

The rest is history.

I needed TVR info as a friend had just bought one (now mine). I found so much more.
