Ken's brilliant speech

I must say that whilst I've always despised his politics, I've always liked the man. He says what he believes, whether it's popular or not; in these days of spin and more spin, that's admirable (I have a certain admiration for Dennis Skinner for the same reasons). I saw this speech on the telly today and it was clear that he was distraught, but that he meant every word.

I personally don't mind ken and thought his speech was amazing.
As always when the chips are down the allusive strength, courage and determination of the British people returns. The allusive quality which has won us many wars and helped us through our toughest times was there for all to see yesterday.
I was shocked and then incredibly proud of those people.
Rest in peace to the innocent who had their lives cruelly snatched away.

That was a really good speech.
I have to say, considering that Britain went on to defeat the Third Reich after London suffered horrific damage in WWII, it's fairly clear these attackers have no idea who they're dealing with. The British are a tough and resilient culture. The terrorists underestimate their enemy to be as cowardly as themselves.
