Staff planning

Does anybody here have any suggestions to a decent programme for staff planning? I've got about 25 different people spread over about 10 different projects would love to find a programme which can display the rotas in a number of styles, by project, staff member or client etc

I'm sure this post should be in a different section, but I'd like the answer today if poss!!

Micro$oft Project can handle this kinda thing.
