PCP contract

I have a 4 year pcp contract that I am 2 years in. Today a bmw specialist told me to run a mile and get rid of the car! My question is, if I was to part exchange or VT will they do a full in depth check of the car? Thanks

If it's a PCP, then you probably haven't paid half the finance off, which is necessary for a VT.
The balloon payment is also part of the finance.

You mentioned that the car had an oil leak. If there is an issue shouldn't this be picked up by the garage and fixed under warranty?
