The Spirit of PistonHeads

I suspect that this has been mentioned in other threads, but I just thought I'd state this on its own thread.

Everyone on PH has shown great spirit today, particularly those with locality to the London Bombings, in offering any help they can to affected people. It is times like these when we learn who our true friends and companions are; where help is offered to those who we do and do not know.

The last 10 hours has seen truly aweful events occuring in London, and my thoughts and prayers go out to everyone concerned.

The messages of support and offers of help have made me feel even more privilaged to be a member of this wondeful online community. It's precisely this spirit that will get us through these events, and see us come out of the other side stronger than ever!

the "Post offers of refuge/help here" thread just goes to show that even in the darkest of times true human spirit and kindness will always prevail.

Its like one big family. We fight, argue and take the p1ss out of Vixpy1 but when it comes to a crisis people from all walks of life, countries, religions and backgrounds band together to help and suppport each other.

I also thought the spirit of the PH's on here yesterday was excellent. We had better reporting than most of the media! and was heart-warming to see the london-locals offering their homes etc.. to anyone in need.
