Where to get a 106 gti saxo vts

I had a few of these in the past and loved it. Always fancied getting another as a run around with the intention of keeping it, at the moment there’s 1 vts for 7k and a couple of ratty 106s that I wouldn’t touch on eBay

Is there any tips or is it just supply and demand

There's loads of owners groups on Facebook, I had a VTR as a run around a few years ago and was in them.

I think prices have steadily risen on them as they are getting rare for a good one and they do change hands in owners clubs a lot so probably not many appear on the usual classified places.

I think the ropey ones have mainly gone as they have either been restored or been used as track cars to death, same thing is happening with Clio 1*2 variants too, noticed they are getting less common on track days now.
