Did anyone else have to endure the motorways yesterday morning?

tried to go from Linlithgow to glasgow but all sliproads were blocked by Police, yet there was traffic on the Mway.
When eventually did get on it was quiet but the other direction looked horrendous. Que from m876 junction all the way to auchenkilns and growing.

also I am going to T in the Park tomorrow does anyone know what the Police plan for roads tomorrow is?

The road that goes past T in the park is going to be closed but there are of course carparks nearby so the access to them will be open.

The Stirling road from Perth was shut completely yesterday morning causing a massive tailback on the Perth bypass Northbound.
No probs this morning though so presumably the protesters have given up with their road blockading?

you would think, but what we saw from the police yesterday defied logic from what we could tell, there may well have been good reasoning but it was not being communicated.

I think yesterday was slightly unusual due to rentamob wanting to go to Gleneagles to protest and plod not letting them past.
Certainly in the morning they all just sat down on the A9 at Auchterarder and that's the reason the Perth-Stirling road was closed.
In addition I think plod was stopping and searching all the buses to make sure no more protesters were getting into the area. I'm sure that would apply to the Glasgow side as well

The police have got the *uckers blockaded into their 'eco' camp in Stirling . . . fully tooled up riot police instead of nice local copper . . . at last an appropriate response to these anarchists . . .

hence the motorways are clear as is Stirlingshire/Perthshire in general . . .

Far too softly softly initially . . . crack some skulls time . . . quite right too . . .

Especially as they all emerged from a Chinook chopper! That would certainly put the shitters up them!
