In the UK, we give our dog Wainwrights kibble, which we soften with some warm water.
I'm sick of carry bags of it to France with us and, so far, we've not found anything similar in France.
Is Royal Canin worth the cost, or is there anything else recommended? So far, we've only tried the supermarket and Gamm Vert because, so far, we've had the Wainwrights stuff with us.

We have fed all our dogs on Purina Friskies which we get from Leclerc. There are several different versions of it but a big bag, 18kg I think, costs about €18 and he can't get his face into it fast enough, dissolve a little gob of duck fat in warm water before adding the food and you will find the bowl polished inside and out!
