Importing an LFA to the UK

Hi,

I’m considering buying an LFA and with very few examples to choose from I’m thinking if importing one.

I’ve never imported a car before and with brexit perhaps the rules are different now anyway?

In considering a car based in the Netherlands. EU taxes have been paid on it. Would I be liable for paying any further duty or VAT if I imported it to the UK?

The government website is really unclear.

If it’s at a dealer they can probably sell it at the tax free price because it will attract vat upon entry to the UK. There would be import duty to pay as well.
