Hey, I am trying to shortlist cars to fit my budget and purpose and wondering if you can suggest something else ?!
I will be in a market for a family car (2 + 1) so preferably touring version. Car will be used mainly during weekends for trips etc and few larger trips (1000-1500 miles) a year. Weekly mileage max 50-100. Must be auto transmission and nice to drive. Budget under 20k cash or finance don't mind.Second hand max 4 years. I was looking at Mazda 6s, BMW G31, Superbs etc What would you recommend model/engine ?

You'll have plenty of choice with that budget & criteria, starters for 10 based on my own experience: F31 330d, 335d.

Are G31's really sub-£20k? Wouldn't have thought so

If you want touring then only choice is BMW, the rest are estates.

You got me on this haha. Doesn't matter touring, estate or avant.

something a little smaller

2017/2018 Mercedes CLA Shooting Brake (mainly diesels at this age/price point)

Or with a warranty and low mileage

Kia ProCeed

Yep. They all have daft names for estate. BMW call their estates a touring.
