Australia - Which ISP is best?

I dont suppose anyone here knows which ISP (56k dialup) is cheapest/best in australia. Im assuming that as always, theres one PHer who knows all :)

Ive heard of the isp, but no one has recommended it. Cant say they've not recommended it either

The location is brisbane, the contract a long term 56k low useage email only type contract. I shoudnt imagine the providers vary that much, but the person needed the connection isnt sure where to start looking.

bigpond is crap most people hate them they are almost as bad as AOL

Chariot ( www.chariot.net.au/ ) has been expanding and buying up everyone (including my old ISP), you may want to try them.
