A true rollercoaster, it's been emotional.

Bought my 2.0 TDCi 2 years ago for £700. Done 45,000 miles, taking it to 155k or similar. Great car, never let me down yet, heated seats, air con works, no sign of rust.

Since the OP was short on details, I'll fill in. He bought it end of last month, it's the base engine so 1.6 petrol with 99hp (cheap ULEZ compliance), came with 11 months MoT with advisories for worn front tyres and brake discs.

Matsuo Bashō himself would be proud of that one.

If he wasn't dead.

The 12v socket doesn't work.

It drives quite well and is more nimble than my XC90.

The body work is pretty good, no rust.

It doesn't feel as solid as the XC90.

The heater is crap.

It is slow.

The parcel shelf is flimsy.

It's not really big enough for a family of 5 and a dog, but it will do.

It didn't come with any floor mats. So I bought some from eBay. They cost £14.99

The radio has poor reception.

The turning circle is very good.

I tend to use Total Car check.
Think you have to create a login to get the finer details but it's painless (eg. email/create password)
It then gives you a 'previously seen adverts' section with some basic details such as price/miles etc.

My neighbour has one, seems to do the job of family run around very well.
I have to admit that I am jealous on those cold days when I'm scraping my car and he makes use of the quick clear windscreen.
Also assuming your username means had you a Peugeot 3008 at some point then I'd say congratulations on the upgrade

On the next house project these maybe on the radar if I can find a rough prefacelift one with the 1.8 dag dag in it for a tip / dog car.

Neighbour has one, face lift with the 1.6 tdci and I don't think its a bad looking car for what it is.

A quick google tells me you can get the tuneable 1.6 ecoboost in the later ones biggrin

No quick clear screen for me. It seems the 'style' is base spec. Windy windows in the back....

Never owned a Pug, I can only dream of a 3008.

Is 12V reaching the socket? Test/clean the socket.
