Spare wheel...?

Today I noticed that that I had a flat tyre. On closesr inspection at ATS it was a full size razor blade.

So I am now running it on the spacesaver.

Now my problem is, I have a new set of tyres on order but are being delivered to my parents in blackpool (card holders address and all that) and I am in Manchester.

So, can I run the car on the motorway from Manchester to Blackpool on the spare?

If not has anyone got a spare 16 inch rear wheel for a Chimeara that I can borrow to get me there?

Don't even think about it, Claire. Ask your dad, FFS (and no, ntel, I'm not going to explain what that acronym stands for! )

I wouldn't risk it even in 'limp home in the slow lane' mode. All it would take is some prat cutting you up and braking (to make it across to an exit, for instance) and you could have a spin and a potentially fatal accident on your hands!
