Techart GT Street S
Discussion
Just been looking at (and trying to read) an article on the Techart GT Street S in the local Sport Auto magazine (my Hungarian is not that good). The car is a modded 996 and has an 'interesting' specification:
3,600cc, 646 LE (bhp) and 870 Nm (642 lbs/ft). Weighs in at 1,440 kgs and has a claimed performance of 0-100 kmh 3.7 seconds and top end of 341 kmh (213 mph). Wheels are 18" with 225/40 on the front and 295/30 on the rear. Tasty!
BTW price is a mere 266,000 Euro!

I have to admit I'd go for an Ultima.
Guy (blusatin) and I saw an Ultima at the weekend that is dynoed at 644bhp, and weighs 1000 kgs.
Power to weight to kick sand in a Techart 911s air dam, methinks.
Strangely the quarter mile times weren't so good, though, as it only *really* starts to go above 130...
