Which HSV in New Zealand
Discussion
In alphabetical order only, the following people in the UK should be able to do what you want:
Linden Special Vehicles
Wortec/Picador
WRC
However I believe that nobody has publically announced tuning for the LS2 (6.0ltr) engines yet (I stand to be corrected though). If you can find a 5.7 V8 HSV then pleanty of things can and have been done with those currently in the UK. Caspy & V8HSV are among the most highly tuned/modded.

Are you moving to NZ, if so there are a couple of tuners in Auckland that can probably help you with cams, heads etc. There are I think at least 3 wheel/chassis dynos around Auckland, I think they charge about $100.00 for an hours time on the Dynos, a mate of mine www.xsperformance.co.nz is bringing in the Procharger superchargers from the states for the LS1 so there may be an LS2 kit fairly soon

Dennis is dead on, the cops are pretty hard on speeding in New Zealand, You can head out of auckland to some rural roads that are quite nice but there is not the network of nice quiet B and C roads as in the UK (I mean quantity wise)
When are you heading out to Auckland as if you wait towards September (every year) Holden/HSV do the run out sales on last years models so good savings of about $10000.00 can be had ie new Clubsport normally about $77000.00 can be had for $65000-67000
SS normally $64000 sale $53000 or 55000 with leather
Cheers jay
PS Im in UK at the moment but should be back in Auckland before september email me on nova.nz@clear.net.nz if I can be of help

Thanks-I'll be back in January. I'm originally from Auckland, having lived in London for 8 years.
I have had a look at the HSV range on the web but still find it pretty difficult work out the real differences between some of them. I presume the 25K spread is simply brakes, suspension and few toys? They all appears to have the same engine (6.0) and one looks like a 2 door.

Yeah thats right, the standard Clubby if probably best value, but the R8 has standard leather, bigger brakes and firmer suspension (on the Z series they all now have 19s with Pirelli tyres)The GTS sean I think is not available at the moment, the Coupe 4 has the lesser powered motor and 4wd but looks HORN hehe as the ozzies would say. The 2 doors are 10 k more straight away than the equiv sedan but can take a really beating when it comes to resale.
