Austec Bodyworks is offering to rid your car of stone chips with a front end respray service for TVR owners at a special offer price of £650+VAT.

Turnaround time is normally around a week and all colours can be catered for.

The newly launched business only deals in repair and upgrades to glass fibre bodied cars, mainly TVRs.

Assuming they're talking about just the front clamshell bonnet, £650 plus VAT seems steep to me.

OK, spoke to Austec just now. The offer is for a full front end respray, namely front bumper, bonnet and front wings (back to door pillar).

Alex did ask me to point out that this special price does not include Spectraflair(sp?) paint.

Hope that answers the questions

Popped in & spoke with Paul today. Yup it covers the complete front, to the A frame. I also asked him to quote me for some works in the Engine bay, which I'm sure he said were included within the price.
