I hvae a number of customer's from Scotland and I'm happy to Service the toyota engined varieties also.

How long does a service normally take hours/days ?

what do your customers from Scotland tend to do when they are waiting ?

are you in a populated area or countryside ?

do you have a set charge for a b c services for 111r ?

I personally have heard a few stories about the two Lotus dealers in Scotland, they seem to be good on the sales side but a bit lacklustre on the workshop side. Also they are way way expensive, even for dealers, AFAIK they are more expensive than F1 Lotus in Newcastle.

In April I had my S2 serviced reluncantly by Murrays in Edinburgh after hearing many a horror story about service and price.

My A service came in at £325, however they were quick polite, professional and the car was fully valeted and felt a little better to drive afterwards.

However, I think I'll be taking it to Dan in Newcastle from now on. (if your reading this Dan I will one day get round to taking it down for that oil seal! Ridiculously busy for some reason recently!)
