M4 GTS - info?

Afternoon all,

I have been looking around for a change of car, i have thought about a few things and one of them that came up was a M4 GTS - this one below.
I have noticed its been on and off sale at the same dealer for quite some time with some price drops.

What is the consensus? - are these a tough sell? is it lacking in spec? Do people know the car and its a dog?
