Well, thanks to Hoover I am finally the proud owner of an S again ! I bought a new RED one back in 1990 and owned it for 3 years (G423 KNP). After a 13 year break the drive tonight from Knebworth to Northampton was fantastic !!!!!!!!!!!! Now looking forward to my next day off on Monday..........

Just to add..... after seeing it leave the end of the road (after the gear grinding ) ... I ran and shut my door jumped in the Griff to try and retrieve my S back... but alas I could not find it

I must admit as much as I love the Griff smiles per £ goes to the S... and I know I am to regret letting the S go .... be it tomorrow or a few years down the line.

The S is great car... shakes your fillings out... on the edge driving..... parked up I used to just by an icecream abd watch people admiring the car from a distance....

A sad day....... very sad... wish i had the space to run both the S n Griff... not pratical with one garaged andthe other undercover outside my flat... and then the Mazda (every day car ) taking up another space... the other residences not happy

But my Griff is LOUD

Everyone Adrian (mr clifford) now owns my S2... he has promised to look after it.... and if the first sign abuse ocurs i will be up there tting him one(god help me .. hes twice my size )... or more likely giving him a pile of cash to have the it back...

You won't regret buying it, Steve has lavished much attention (and cash) on that car.
Will we be seeing you at S Club Heaven?

Yep, I reckon we will have at least 80 S series cars, well worth popping in, especially as you are virtually a local
