Will be in the position very shortly of getting myself a nice motor, It would of usually been a formality and another Esprit would be imminent, I have had a`lot of time to think about it an have been looking at other options heres what Im considering:

Esprit GT3
Esprit SE
Esprit G car
TVR Cerb
Ferrari 348 LHD
Escort Cosworth

Anybody got any other suggestions feel free :)

20K is my top line, was hoping to be spending between 15k and 20k, although Id rather it was the lower

There is a nice looking Lamborghini Jalpa in the clasified for less than £20k. I see a black one parked in Durham (on the disabled bay outside the Royal County) and they look stunning.

If you budget would stretch another £5K, you could look at Honda NSX's or Maserati GT's.

What sort of budget are you looking at?

Top line really dont want to go over 18K, would really prefer to be getting a top notch Esprit GT3 if Im spending that much,but also been looking at older models for around 5K, seem to be missing all the good weather, so the sooner the better

Other options worth looking at..... Renault Alpine GTA/Turbo (the rear engined V6 Turbo ones), or totally upset you Lotus friends with a Vauxhall VX220, or even go with the wind up the trouser leg feeling of an Arial Atom..... weeeeeee

348 sounds good to me, i wanted a 355 next but after the latest new starter falling to bits on the cerb and coursing more damage, i had to do sensable cheap and reliable for now so i baught a new scoda its done 200 miles and is in the garage next to the cerby getting the warenty invalidated.
