Hi there whats size belt do i need for my 1991 2.9 S3

The existing belt should have the size in MM's on the outside.

Failing that, a decent motor factors should supply the correct size for a (standard) Ford Cologne V6.

It's not 'standard Ford' TVR created their own alternator bracket and this required a different belt.
1200 springs to mind ? A search of old posts or the alternative parts list should sort you out.

You may well come up with Gates 6228MC . Search that on Ebay

Get a length of coaxial cable, run it round the pulleys and measure off. That's the length you want with the 'V' profile from a Granada belt (probably).
With the length known any decent motor factor should be able to supply you with the correct belt for not a lot of money.
