auto box capacity

i need to find out the oil capacity for my vxr8 auto box and diff, also the best place to get the oil and filter, got a quote from Walkinshaw's they quoted over £300, is that expensive?.

That's sounds very expensive, try AAS in Newcastle upon Tyne for a price before you order anything.
