Just got Forza for the xbox so naturally the first car I buy is an Elise (can't afford the real thing yet). It does 200mph and beats most things but Forza recon its the most real to life driving game ever. I thought the Elise was out of puff at 120mph.

I suspect you need to change the display from KPH to MPH
Anyroad, 'tis a good game, but every single car in it has traction control and ABS - what's that all about?

Are you sure it wasn't kmh? 200kmh = 124 mph. I doubt an inaccuracy that big would be overlooked or at least caught in QA.

My Garmin Streetpilot satellite navigation unit has a function where it can record maximum speeds.

For some reason, it thinks my 111r has hit over 190mph! I always thought GPS was supposed to be the most accurate speed measuring system .

AFAIK, the only way you'd hit 200mph in an Elise would be to push it out the back of a Hercules at 20,000 feet.

LOL - youd need about 450bhp and some aerodynamic enhancements to get 200mph out of an Elise

bull has it...

they never made anything close to 200MPH

Elise has the aero of a brick, to get one to 200Mph would take MASSIVE power
