I was doing it untill some nice surgeon removed a large part of my bowel in march, pretty gutted (no punn intended) I bought the sagaris to compete in it I even had all my sponsors sorted and paid for it thankfully Conrad who is running the event took pity on me and gave me back most of my entry fee reason why my car is for sale (cheap!!) in the clasified ads. I will just have to watch it on itv when it comes out (b4 christmas i belive)
they are going to run a six part series each 30 mins
ive seen the movie from the last cannonball it looked like everyone had wicked fun.
oh well cant put a price on your health!!

Going to be doing the run again this year but having a few problems at the moment. The cars at the TVR hospital at the moment but should be ready for next weekend.

Its starting from Horsley Towers in surrey I think it starts about 12:30 ish Should be a few nice cars going this year....

I am going on the "cannonball 8000" in sept London to Rome - there is another rally "cannonball run europe". Last year (cannonball8000) there where 3 TVR's my chim450, a tuscan s and a tuscan. I think I beat both of the Tuscans(its not a race its a rally). All TVR's made it without problems. Taking my cerbera 4.5 this year!!

I had to hide in a layby under tree's for two hours but got away with it...thank god I think most people got a 1000 euro fine.

That was quicker than the escape done by myself and my mate.....6 hour detour all round the 'mountains' behind Tarragona. Stripped all the stickers off his Beemer, washed it, threw away all the CBRE-related items in the car, and guessed/SatNav'd our way back to the motorway!

Still fun though!!!
