model of my garage

After being intrigued with dioramas and model scenery on youtube etc I thought I'd build a replica of my garage for fun.
Seeing as most of my models are 1/18, that was the logical scale to build.
I thought I'd just build the garage, but things evolved, and I ended up building a base, and a bit of scenery
Lots of head scratching took place, as I've never done anything like this before, and I tried (and succeeded mostly) in doing everything at almost zero cost with 'stuff' I've hoarded over the years
I did buy the gravel, and flock for the hedges and trees, and my son supplied and wired the LED's
I took a few photos ( house number, posters, car reg plates) and scaled them down and printed them onto normal paper
Started about 3 months ago, and I guess it'll never be totally finished, as I'll keep adding and changing things over time (I already redid the brickwork, as I wasn't happy with the original)
I can't find an 1/18 scale model of my gen 3 Viper in the right colour (although I do have the Autoart red version) so I used a gen 2 GTS. The red mustang is same as the one I sold 5 years ago
My 'real' garage
I didn't take any pictures early on as I wasn't sure I'd ever get to a stage where I'd have anything worth showing
This is one of the first pics I took (before changing the style of brick)
The tiles are cardboard packaging, cut into strips. The ridge tiles are pieces of sandpaper glued onto cable sheathing, cemented into place with tile grout with a bit of black paint added to give the colour of cement
Now its on its base, made of several layers of cardboard glued together, edged with strips of wood. Fence started, path completed, a few shrubs and gravel
More accessories, mostly made from household things that normally get thrown away
Shed round the back with old kitchen cupboards (almost like mine but not exactly to scale) and much tidier!! Roof taken off for the photo
Lights working on a 9v battery, 4 in the ceiling, 1 in the pit (same as the real thing) and 1 in the shed
overall view in daylight, it does look good in the dark when lit up but photos don't come out too good

Thanks all, I've been building it over the last 3 months. I would like to say it's been a 'Lockdown Project' but I've worked all the way through as a KeyWorker, so I've only done a few hours here and there (too many my wife says - I should be doing the unfinished projects in the house apparently 
like bits of skirting, painting and tiling)
'Bemused' was a comment, and I don't blame you! Family and a few friends have said the same, very clever and ingenious but WHY? and what are you going to do with it?
Rather fittingly it will probably end up in my garage, where most of my models are, it's too big to display in the house as a permanent feature.
Still, it's been fun, and I've proved to myself I could do it. I'm currently trying to think of a new project that will keep me away from those DIY jobs that need finishing in the house

I’ve always fancied building a model of our house out of card - like model railway buildings. No idea why, I just fancy having a go. I started a version in Lego, but couldn’t get the windows right.
It reminds me of the people in Close Encounters who go to great lengths to build models of that mountain thing, but they’ve no idea why...

I was going to suggest Bayko, but I've just had a look at the prices on a popular auction site.That’s awesome, really well done. Love it.
You can’t put it in the garage though, because then you’d have to include in your model garage a tiny scale version of the model garage. And then inside that a tiny scale version of the model garage, and then inside that a tiny scale version of the model garage, and then inside that a tiny scale version of the model garage....
