Not the most exciting topic that will we've be posted here admittedly but I've got 4 centre caps that were painted red by their previous owner, I want to take them back to as close to original as possible.

I've managed to strip the red paint off and get them back to bare plastic, I'm assuming it's primer, paint and clear coat? What is the closest silver to the original that can be had?

Can’t beat a Daisy. Mines were done before I bought the car so no help unfortunately

As an aside I'd recommend a plastic or "bumper" primer. Standard primer will peel off plastic and then you have to do it all again. I think you can guess how I know.
