Interest enuff for an Aero-Pistonhead forum?

There seems to be quite a few threads involving aviation on this forum.......do you think there's enough interest to warrant it's own PH forum?
i'd be 'for' it.....although there are many other websites that cater for this particular variety of Piston-Hedonism..... would it be nice to have a like-minded discussion meeting point on our favourite website?
but,as usual, i could be talking complete cobblers ,of course!

Its a car forum and should stay focused to its subject. If it goes into non motoring related things it opens up a can of worms and the problem becomes - where do you stop?
By creating more and more sections of the forum you also run into the tumbleweed effect that I've seen on many forums. You open a specific section and nothing is happening and you'll see the virtual tumbleweed blowing past.
If a forum then has too many tumbleweed sections it brings the rest of the forum down because people perceive that there isn't much activity going on.
You can see the tumbleweed effect in areas already on PH like the MG section. PH isn't generally the haunt of MG owners so it doesn't get used. Because it doesn't get used - no one wants to really post to it in the first place.

If all forums are used, why stop? Grow organically to suit demand.
There are already several non-car forums that are well-used, eg Business, Computing and Photography. I frequent the latter most as there are only so many questions you can ask about a TVR Griffith before it gets boring.
I'd also like to suggest a Homes/DIY forum.
