What car is this?

Hello all.
Longtime member who doesn’t post any more.
Second attempt to upload a photo and post the question as to what car this is.
I’m thinking Fiat.
Asking on behalf of a friend who says it’s from an obscure unknown titled film from the ‘60s set in California.
I hope I can manage to upload a photo,if I had brains I would upload the short film clip I was sent.
Any ideas most welcome.
