Mercedes driveshaft remanufacture

Is there anywhere in the UK that sells refurbed Mercedes driveshafts.
Specifically the 2 rears in a W123.

I contacted them and they are unable to help.

Anyone know anywhere else?

Over the winter I'll be removing rear subframe, trailing arms, diff etc to refurb and wanted to do drive shafts at the same time.

If I can't get that done, may get new ones. Are SKF a good brand for axles?

It might be worth asking an MB dealer if they can supply new parts. A lot of W123 bits are still available as genuine spares.

Another option which is close to home for you:

They appear to major in trucks but they reconditioned and balanced the prop for my classic Lotus Elan and did a good job.

They are no longer available new. Lots of W123 parts are quickly going that way.
