Truck buying advice

Hi All,
British ex-pat here, moved to Ontario, Canada about 3 years ago. When I arrived I bought the same car I had in the UK, a BMW M235i to have primarily as a weekend car but I'm going to admit defeat and sell it because driving over here is really no fun at all and I barely use it. I have a giant VW Atlas for regular family duties and that has been great, but the lease is up soon and I'm ordering a Model Y to replace it.
I'm thinking that I should get a cheap used truck for doing stuff like hauling rubbish to the dump, shifting furniture around, hauling tons of soil and mulch from Home Depot etc etc, stuff that I do now in the Atlas that I probably won't want to do in the Tesla.
So my question is, given a budget of say $20k CAD, what truck should I get? Obviously a preference for something 'interesting' or unusual compared to the run of the mill F150/Ram 1500 that everyone seems to have.... Needs to seat 4, so a regular 2 seat cab is out but other than that, open to anything really. 4x4 preferred for the Canadian winters.
The prices of used trucks seem crazy, they hardly depreciate at all it seems. I originally had thoughts about getting an older Raptor or an SRT10 or something cool but they still go for crazy money!
Appreciate any thoughts from truck experts!

If you can swing decent finance a used Raptor is a great truck to buy but will probably cost you 40k plus for a 2014 up. I can see the V8's appreciating over the years as everyone loves them and Hennessy are putting V8's in the new models and charing close to 150k!. I am thinking of getting a new standard one if I can get at list, in the US at least you can also fully depreciate the cost if you have self employed income.
Otherwise its hard to find something decent that you can use for a day to day driver at your price point that won't have high miles. Trucks just don't depreciate much if at all. You can get an old 70s/80's150 4x4 or similar and it won't drop at all in value but it will be rough to use day to day dependent on your commute. If you just need it as a second car that may be a good idea.
Also check out "bring a trailer" as they are often some very interesting trucks on there.

Loving the truck - already spent a grand on 'stuff' and now contemplating an airbag kit etc etc etc. This might get spendy!

A friend of mine has a Tundra - he's Texan and I think they are built there - but he's had it for years. Absolute work truck. Well over 200k miles and treats it with little respect. Its shabby, the interior and features are cheap and limited. But man, it runs and runs and runs.... nothing other than simple maintenance. Ride is OK, performance is pretty good and he only just replaced it with a full size extended cab F-150 (fell for the towing assist stuff) - misses the Tundra. He's already planning when to get rid of the Ford, because doesnt want the headache when its out of warranty.5.7L V8 and not a bad looking truck. But you won't get the newer shape for $20k
