You could try Enginuity in Acton. They are Triumph specialists, but I did see a 60s Lancia there once.

I live in SW London and can't think where I would take a Flaminia (which is quite a complex car) in London. Unfortunately many of the niche specialists that we had in London who could take on work on classic cars at reasonable prices have either closed down or re located of of town. Two of the Alfa specialists have moved out , and Barry Waterhouse, who was a legend in Lancia fettling under railway arches near Elephant & Castle is long gone. Alfacraft in Mortlake say they do Lancias, and work on older Alfas so maybe classic sympathetic.

Hi

These guys used to look after my Fiat 124 Spyder:

They are in London N7 (Holloway) and did an excellent job. Admittedly it was over 20 years ago, but the fact that they are still in business suggests that they are worth a try.

Terry Harris in Kilburn is a good, old-fashioned motor engineer.

Not an Italian specialist, but works on a wide range of classics. He's done some good work on Gordon-Keebles, including my own.

There is Autocar Repairs in Dulwich who do lots of Bristols and I imagine could find their way round a Lancia.

What about Zagato Lancia near Regents Park, used to be the Integrale specialist in London, or are they long gone now as well?

Sorry if this is a bit late but please try Brownings Garage in Islington.

Family run business of 110 years standing - proper old school feel but with up to date equipment and knowledge. I've had my cars serviced there for years (nothing special, just run of the mill modern stuff) but there is always something interesting in the workshop - a Willy's Jeep, Rolls Royce Corniche, mk 4 Cortina, AC Cobra, Merc SL from memory have been in the workshop as I've driven past over the last few weeks. Owner Miles is a lovely bloke, is a total car nut and they all really know their stuff.

pm me if you wish and I can "e-introduce" you to Miles.
